Meditation course (1,5 hrs)
– Would you like to meditate but do not know how to start?
– Are you interested in receiving practical meditation guidance?
– Have you started to meditate and would like to practice more regularly?
Meditation offers many benefits and there are countless books, articles, speeches and teachings on it , however learning meditation is like learning a new practice in sports or art.
We learn through practical exercises. After a short introduction on posture, breath, focus of awareness we start the experience with 2 sessions of guided meditation.
Between the sessions we discuss the practice of meditation; its different forms, purpose, essence, and effects of practicing. We reflect on your personal experience with it an open space for questions, answers and exchange. Possibility for group meditation and single meditation classes in english, german or french language.
